Have a user who works remotely and uses UCA.. he has a softphone set up and configured but when he tries to switch the active device on the UCA desktop client, the soft phone icon has a red X. I did a screenshare with the user and checked the configuration menu within UCA and his SIP Softphone is enabled... he was set to use a headset for Mic/Speakers but I set those to system default and he still has the same issue. So my question is what else would cause this red X?
