One way audio with Quintum Gateway
« on: October 02, 2014, 10:43:43 AM »
I have a Quintum Gateway and Mitel 5000 connected over the Internet using NAT.  All of a sudden I am getting one way audio.  I verified that the correct ports are open and nothing has changed that I am of aware of.  I have went through the configuration of the quintum and the 5000 but everything seems to be correct.  Has anyone have and ideas on what I might check?

Damyx,

What type of Quintum Gateway is it [AF-400, etc..] and what version of software is it running? We have found that if you run anything other than 107-00-09 on an AF-400 you will get one-way audio.

You could also have one way audio issues from Codec configuration problems or from using Peer-2-Peer on your Network Group.

Thanks,

TE
