1- enable phone lock in COS for IP sets or Analog sets not digital
2- assign codes for phone lock and phone unlock in Feature Access Code Form
3- assign user pin for the telephones in IP Set Configuration form for IP sets or Analog set Assignment form form for Analog sets

They are between "Personal speedcall-store" and "Remote clear all features." Are you running a software version that supports it?

The reason that you don't have the options is because it was not introduced until rel 9.0.0.41. Upgrade to at least 9.0 UR1 (9.0.0.41 is not considered a stable load) and it will work.

when this feature is activated from the set, is their way to call internal number unless its de-activated.

extract from 3300 helpfile:

'Phone Lock has no effect on incoming calls but restricts outgoing calls, with the following exceptions: calls to emergency trunk routes and local operators.'

Although it doesnt specify what would be classed as a local operator. Try dialling 0 from a locked set.

I could not call any number while padlock is activated, even operator number 0 also.
