Need jumper for Conference module to 5330 IP phone
« on: September 12, 2014, 02:48:13 PM »
I am missing the jumper from a 5310 conference module to a 5330 IP phone.  My vendor does not sell this part separately from the module.  Does anyone know where I can just get the jumper?

Johnp is correct, that part is not sold separately...

Doesn't it just short the two center pins? A small needle nose and a drop of solder or conductive glue might do the trick.

I think that is the the jumper for cordless charging. From looking at the install guide, it looks like about a 3 inch cable

Some time ago, we found that these connectors are the same used to plug an old CD-ROM drive to a PC sound card.

Remember that?

We made a cable using these connectors and were able to make a 5610 work on a 5330. All 4 pins must be connected.
