Tried it and works well!
You can play RADs when caller are in queue (instead of ringback only). Previous versions allowed RADs only for hunt groups and ACD paths. Now, you can configure RADs to :
- User
- Hotel Room
- Ring Group
- ACD Hot Desk Agents
- Personal Ring Group (PRG)
- Multi-device User Group (MUG)
- Suites and Multi-device Suite
