Scenario:
All extensions have a system forwarding path enabled to voicemail. User goes on holiday, sets Forward Always to another extension.
The problem, as the customer sees it, is that voicemails end up in the forwarders mailbox rather than the forwardees [this runs contrary to *every* other phone system install I've done, but hey, the customer's always right...].
I can think of solutions involving creating new system forwarding paths to route the calls as the way they've asked, but the users want to be able to do this ad-hoc, ie just by pressing a key. Multiple other solutions have been floated, eg voicemail to email, but they want what they've asked for and nothing else.
