That is a choice that must be used only on the key the ext starts with...if you choose TRANSFER TO COLLECTED EXTENSION for the 6 key, for example, it will only work for ext beginning with 6 and it will add the 6 to whatever additional digits are dialed. So if you have an ext 6123, caller at menu can dial just 6123 and get to the ext. Now, if you want 6 to be a menu selection that allows callers to dial ANY ext starting with ANY digit you'll build a new CRA with announcement "Please dial your extension now", and within that CRA you'll point ALL valid lead ext digits to the COLLECTED EXT choice. Then you go back to your original auto att and point 6 to the new CRA. Caller chooses 6, hears prompt to dial ext, and dials. Bam!
