Mitel 5000 system: I've searched and read a post about checking the Data Mgr for check boxes on log internal calls - these are all checked.
Internal calls are only logged if the extension I call goes to voice mail, then it's logged. If I call the guy next to me, nothing is logged.
I did notice that under Data Mgr/Home/Node status, I have the local node stuck on waiting on initializing, 1 branch stuck at initializing, and 2 branches at inactive
Not sure if that means a problem somewhere.
