ER Adviser

This ER adviser was installed in a VMware environment, 3 weeks after installation we are getting this error when trying to launch the local console.  Any ideas would be helpful.

Looks like licensing-related. Do you have access to the ARID in the Mitel AMC to check the status of the license? Might have to re-sync it, which if I remember correctly is done by launching the setup tool and selecting the option to refresh the license,.

Turns out they added a new NIC to the VMware server which changed the IP address.  They statically assigned the old IP back to the card and that fixed the problem.

Yep, that would create a license violation since the HWID is tied to the server IP address. Thanks for following up with the solution, though clearing the hardware ID and refreshing the license would have worked as well.
