Editin 5312 IP Phone

Hi all,

I am very new to MITEL system and recently we deployed the Mitel in our workplace but I am having difficulty to manage few things. I would like to change the extension phone number that assigned to one of the phone with a new extension but cannot manage to do that any idea?

I also would like to backup my Mitel system but this option "backup" does not exist.

Log into the system and click the "System Configuration" button.
Use the drop down box and select system configuration.
Go down to devices, click it then select Users.   You can change the number there.

To back the system up, use the drop down, select maintenace,   Then the backup link will show.
