Set up new IVR for a customer, each option going to a different ring group. All works fine but the customer complains that the ringing cadence for calls coming through the IVR is 'internal'. [Don't know if this is a UK thing, but normally external calls go 'ring ring, ring ring' and internal calls go 'riiiiiiing, riiiiing']. I see you can set a CoS on a ring group and I have looked at the CoS options form but all I can see about ring cadence is for faxes and analogue lines.
