Hunt Group issue

Hi everyone, I am new to Mitel.

Our company is using hosted Mitel. Currently we have a hunt group includes two users in circular mode. But we would like to add more users in group and have following hunt group feature:

For example - a call hitting the hunt group 1122, ring the first user, if first user is busy or no answer, ring other user in the hunt group at the same time.

Can someone let me know if we can do that, appreciate if you can show me step by step. Thanks!

I think you can do that by making the first user a normal phone rather than a hunt group and the create another ring group (rather than a hunt group) set to ring all. You can put the first user in that group as well. Then set the first phone to reroute on busy no reply to the ring group.

Thanks mate, can I create a number group and add it into Hunt group? is it the only way to get this done?
