Fxs same as ons
« on: June 20, 2014, 10:21:08 PM »
I'm trying to figure out if Mitel ons ports are the same thing as fsx ports in the cisco world. I assume they are since they have the same function (connecting analog phones, faxes etc...). Can anyone confirm my assumption?

Yes. That's what you connect analog phones to.

If the Cisco FXS takes a digital (PRI) and convert it to analog, then it is similar to the Mitels ONS.
