Night service to mobile
« on: June 24, 2014, 10:53:41 AM »
Hello all
Could someone be so nice to explain to me how to setup night service to mobile routing.
Apparently "I have volunteered" to look after our mitel setup but have no clue what's where.

Anyway with best regards
AJ

A lot depends on how its set up now....DDI to a hunt group or individual extension or console? What level of software and I'm assuming a 3300? Is there any voice mail involved?

I think this may work for you:

Sys Prop, Sys Feat, Sys Sp Calls

Make a speed call number from a 3 digit number that is not in use

Make the actual # the user's mobile (91917XXXXXXX)

Go to Call Rout, Call Hand, Call Rer Always

Find a spare (Any except 1) and make Reroute for every column to the dir num being your 3 digit speed call

Remember this Always number you used

Go to Call Rer

Search the number you want to go to the mobile at night

Click change and for Night1 and Night2 make it your Rer Always number

Now when in Night Mode calls for that user will point to his mobile. Let me know if this worked. Thanks.

Cheers - thank you for the quick reply.
This is kinda what I was trying to do already, although the goal is to forward to mobile all calls coming in on our main phone number (support number)
Is there an easy way for that ? Or at least for whole pickup group rather than single number, as i can not see the pickup group number in call rerouting table

With best regards
AJ
