MAS 4.0 voicemail routing

Hello,

I'm trying to make my UC setup ring to my mobile voicemail instead of the mitel embedded from my desk phone. Is this a CoS value in need of editing? And can this be specified per UC user or would it be a global change?

sounds like you have a re-route to voicemail with a timer shorter than you mobile forwards to voicemail.
Either shorten the time your mobile sends calls to voicemail or length the time the system sends calls to voicemail.

first alternative timer for re-reroute is controlled by "no answer timer" of trunk or user depending on type of call.

OR

you have COS option where you have to press a button to actually take the call on your mobile. I beleive the purpose of that option  is to stop mobile voice mail answering calls
