need help changing an extension please!

Hey guys i need some help on how to change the extension on an analog phone to an existing extension that is paired to an ip phone, any help is appreciated!

the analog phone that i need changed is a superset 4025 if that matters.

To my knowledge, an IP phone and 4025 Digital phone cannot have the same Prime extension number, but you can share an extension number. Set up the 4025 with it's own extension and then program a Key, any of the 2 thru 14 buttons, as a multicall with the same number as the IP extension.

Try personal ring groups. Create the prime number of the group using the IP extension and then add the 4025 as a member. I think this is what you are asking for.

We have a setup like that, we have a multicall presence on each phone that needs the analog extension. Works great!
