Cannot/how to transfer calls to mobile - UCA Console

Hi all,

I'm just trying to figure out how to transfer calls to mobile using UCA console. Previously, this user had a physical 5550 ip console and using the console software, they were able to just drag a call and drop it to a required mobile contact and the call would be transferred. Does the UCA console have that functionality? The site has a cluster of 5 controllers and the UCA console operator has presence information of all users who are logged in (all users are hot desking). On her UCA console, all contacts have both deskphone and mobile numbers. When a call comes in, she is able to pick the call and drop it on the contact which rings the deskphone. If the contact is not on their desk, how do we direct this call to their mobile number? Do we have to create a separate contact with just the mobile number of the same user which we can drag and drop??

System: MCD 6.0 SP2. UCA ver.6.0. MAS 5.0
