Sorry guys about all the similar posts, but I wanted to keep them separate incase anyone else has similar issues in the future.
Our warehouse staff all got iphones to use with mitel UCA.
The phones, if on standby (locked) for about an hour or so, the softphone disconnect and the phone won't ring.
The user has to manually open up the mitel UCA app and then the smartphone connects. Seems kinda silly to me as they have to keep going into the app and making sure its connected.
