Enterprise Manager Question
« on: October 09, 2009, 03:19:35 PM »
Well this is more OPSman releated.
Is anyone having difficulty with making phones resilient via OPSman?
Does anyone have issues with getting tons and tons of errors?

Looking for some other experiences here since we have a couple of systems giving us grief.

What version and what types of issues are you having?

I had a system that didn't want to work well, but I am pretty sure we were able to finally get OPS to do its job.

I'm not an EM tech, so I'm but was asked to bounce the question around.

Issues with creating tons of errors when creating resilient phones.

But I'd be interested in what types of errors anyone else is having in general and what was done to resolve it.

One thing I have seen is that a phone may have an application button programmed on it that either does not have an app assigned or the app does not exist on the secondary controller. Easy fix for this one is to either delete the button or add the app to the secondary controller, depends on if it is actually being used or not.

OPS should give you the error when it fails and they are ussually pretty easy to read.
