Hi,

our office install unified communication, I wondering how another office can dial in this number by extension..currently each office can dial to each dial by extension, but another office cant dial in unified communication(conference call number) by extension. which need to full number. is there anything need to do with Mitel controller?

Are you saying that the remote sites can't dial the internal number for the audio bridge? If so, add that number to the telephone directory and it should work after that.
