5360 ip phone applications loading

I'm having a problem with a 5360 phone stuck loading applications when trying to connect when not using a vpn. it is set to nat and we have verified that all the ports are forwarded in the firewall. HELP!

Hitech,

What ports do you have open? Do you have 1, 2, or 3 local IP Addresses? If you say 2 or 3 then you need at least 2 Public IP Addresses.
