Quick question - are you able to forward all calls to a Mailbox from the 5550 console? Night 1 and Night 2 positions have already been taken up and the receptionists wants another temporary position where she can divert all calls to a mailbox which will say "no one is available to take your call at the moment, leave a message" Cant see any option on the console software. Any advice is much appreciated.
