As of now I can get our cell phones to ring two or three times once it is forwarded but would like to get more if possible.  If anyone has any other suggestions that would be helpful i would appreciate the effforts.  Thanks again!

It will be timers in COS (could be in multiple COSs).

Be careful if you don't want the cell VM to pick up.
