I am new with this Mitel system. how do you record an announcement on mitel 3300.? it is a RAD and not an ACD

Assuming you're using the embedded voicemail for the RAD, you'd log into the administrator's mailbox and select option 8 from the main menu. Then select the greeting number, listen to the existing greeting and then you'll be presented with the option to record a new one.

it does not give me an option to listen to greetings..... any ideas...?

10 to 39 is the greeting sets. RAD Greetings can be numbered 1-200 and are then added to a greeting set. Option 1 from the RAD menu is to review and record greetings, option 2 is to configure the greeting sets.
