Does anyone know how to enable the emergency call notification on a console?

Not being a 200 tech, I'll take a stab anyhow.
In the route assignment for 911, route type = emergency.

I have that set up, I guess I am missing a COS option or something that I cannot find.

The customer claims that it was working before but does not now, you know how that one goes.
