Superset 4025 Call Logging
« on: January 02, 2014, 10:45:10 AM »
I'm not certain if this is the right spot for this, but not sure where else to post it.

It's a pair of 3300s and about 750 phones......analog, dni and ip.

the 4025 phone user guide says call logging is a feature, so if you miss a call, you can check the log to see it was.

I'm selecting Superkey and no, no, no.......never see call logging ?

Is this a feature that needs activation on the system ?

Thanks.

You are looking for call history, you may have to program a button on the phone to see it. Also, check to make sure that the call history max records for that set is greater than 0.

In the 4025 User Guide - Call "Logging" is the feature listed

Press Superkey, No until Call Logging is displayed.
Press Yes to log calls & missed calls.

but Call Logging never appears,  so is there a feature or ? that needs to be enabled to make this appear on the phones ?

Are you looking at the 200 or 3300 version of the user guide?

What software release are you running?

I believe I have the answer by way of your last question.
It is a 3300 system and is not available when used on this system.
Thanks
