5550 Emergency Call log
« on: January 02, 2014, 03:58:49 PM »
Hi looking to see what controls the data that is displayed in the 5550 IP console emergency log - is this calls that have routed out via an emergency route on the local controller of the 5550?

Thanks

In ARS you create a route that you set as the emergency route. Any and all calls that use this route trigger the emergency notification. In North America we dial 911 for emergencies so we setup 911 to go out this emergency route which then triggers the 911 alarm. However for testing we can take any number and feed it out that route and it triggers the alarm.
