OK, so I have a fairly large customer that has a Esna 6510 VM server that has been in place for a long time, every once in a while the UC clients won't connect anymore, they get "UC Client Manager - Connection had timed out"... We had a tech that was certified and knew the system and could fix this fairly quickly as it seemed to happen occasionally (few times a year)... well, that tech is no longer with us and no one knows how/what to do, any ideas? Is this just a restart xxx service on the server or something, all services appear to running.
