Hunt groups
« on: December 11, 2013, 08:29:08 AM »
Created a hunt group and added members using pilot group for a ring all scenario. Then overflowed to another hunt group if not answered and everything works great except when answered by someone in overflow it never stops ringing at phones in first group and then can be answered and call stolen from person who answered in overflow.

It is working normally. You need to Recall to the second hunt group, not Overflow.

DND ON nailed it. "Overflow" is misleading, because the call is still ringing in the original HG. Think of "Announcement" and "Overflow" as the two places to put in greetings or transfer options for callers. They still remain in the HG while greetings play until they select an option that transfers them out. If you put a HG in either of these, the caller is still ringing in the original HG. "Recall" destinations actually transfer the caller from the HG to a destination.
