DEE - One busy all busy
« on: September 11, 2013, 10:49:54 PM »
Hi all,

We installed DEE for a customer that would ring a desk phone and a wireless phone simultaneously.

The customer would like that all calls go straight into voicemail if he is already online with either his desk phone or wireless phone.

Am I wrong if I say there is absolutely no way to do like a "one busy, all busy" feature in a PRG on a MCD?

The system does not know if he is on his cell phone so the user will have to tolerate the short 'call waiting' indication on their cell phone until the advance timer takes the call to voice mail.

Similar line of thinking...

When DEE is turned on and the user is on their deskphone is there a way to send the caller immediately to voicemail?
I know how to achieve this through Forwarding Path but my take is that when DEE is enable it sort of bypasses them.
