Hello,

I have MiVoice Business with Ax Controller. Release Level 7.2 and active software load 13.2.0.17
276 analog user, 20 ip user, 1 mivoice business console and 2 Isdn Pra line is working on system.

My problem about MiVoice Business Console...  when i call from console to extension or extension call to console no problem.
but when i call to external numbers, i can see far end ringing and call connected  but i can't hear voice?

What is problem???

What type of trunks are you using?
If you're using SIP then I would check to be sure you're console is on the same subnet that the rest of your phone are on.
Or be sure that the SIP SBC can reach the keypad.

Yep, as Ralph indicated, you have a routing problem. If the SIP provider SBC doesn't have a route to the PC on the data subnet then you will end up with one way audio. Also the fact that internal calls don't work either even further highlights this.
