My dealer said there are no ways to monitor the 5000.

Anyone have ideas?

Well, I was interested in monitoring the bandwidth useage, but figured out how to do it from our switch port instead.
I am using CACTI with Weathermap to show network useage.

Starlog, were you able to monitor your phone system with Cacti?
