In the Trunk Service Assignment form create 4 different entries.
In entry number 1 put 81 in the Day Ring field.
In entry number 2 put 82 in the Day Ring field
In entry number 3 put 83 in the Day Ring field
In entry number 4 put 84 in the Day Ring field

Create a system speed dial for each one that used the "direct trunk select" feature code.

Speed dial '81'  actual number <feature code>+<Co trunk number 1>
Speed dial '82'  actual number <feature code>+<Co trunk number 2>
Speed dial '83'  actual number <feature code>+<Co trunk number 3>
Speed dial '84'  actual number <feature code>+<Co trunk number 4>

MAKE ANALOG DEVISES TAKE TRUNK LINES WITH 81.82.83  -------------->

      INDIVIDUAL TRUNK ACCESS  = YES

2- DTS SERVICE ASSIGNMENT                ( DIRECT TELEPHONE SELECT )
         INDEX=1
         CLASS OF SERVES     =  XX
         INTERCEPT NUMBER = 1

3-ANALOG TRUNK ASSIGNMENT
               TRUNK NUMER          = XXXX
               DTS SERVICE NUMBER           = 1
                                                                                CIRCUIT DISCRIPTOR NUMBER    = 1
               INTERCONNECT NUMBER      = 1
               TENANT NUMBER         = 1
4- FEATURE  ACCESS COODE ASSIGNMENT
      INDIVIDUAL TRUNK ACCESS = *8
5- SPEED DIAL
       81= *80001
       82= *80002
       83= *80003
       84= *80004

Also can setup a route for each trunk and use the access code as the ARS access code for each route.
