SX2000 error

Hi
We have a SX2000 that we cant make changes to
When trying to edit a form I geth this message.
Requested form cannot be used. It is currently lock by "concept:
Concept is the user that I am login with.

How can I reset this user with out rebooting the system. We can't make any changes to the system as we are locked out.

I'd bet you have something queued to the printer.
Do these:
(1) from maintenance commands enter "cu".   When programming comes up do esc q until you get back to maintenance.
(2) in maint type "where".   If the plane doesn't have a '*' next to it then you need to switch planes.
(3) in maint type "show print all"  see if you have something queued to print.  If yes, cancel it.
