I get in my maintenance loggs the following warnings:

I suspect the set or wiring issue. It only happens with this one set?

Does the phone say something about an "assert" when it happens?
Does it reboot just after answering a call or transferring a call?
What version of 3300 are you running?

it happens on multiple sets
just after answering or transfering a call
3300 is a 12.0.1.24 (6.0 SP1)   MiCD Hosted

Ok.  Been there, done that.

On you network switches and router disable ICMP Redirects.
