Port 2002 is a maintenance port.  It doesn't allow any programming (that we know of.)

Generally speaking you must do all of your programming via the web interface.

I suppose that somewhere deep in the system there are scripts that you may be able to interface with via port 2002 but we have never been made aware of it.  There isn't an API available.

Older software would allow you to telnet to the system so if you have old software then you may be able to write a script for telnet.   The newer software has disabled that.

What are you trying to accomplish?  Maybe there is another way to do what you're looking for.

How does CCM achieve changes, could the OP program using MiXML?

hi
I'd like a voip number e.g. 2222 when in one month more than 10 hours mobile contact service with the other changes to the State where the other fails to dial mobile month.
(change Class of Restriction in "Station Attributes" or "User and Device Attributes" ) And the next available return to automatic mode again before this cycle continue.
I can do and the amount of processing the smdr log for bring the conversation but to change the Web interface should I use service and this will be done manually.
But I'm going to do this automatically, and when a specific interval of a conversation about higher service change.
Something similar to the accounting program
Such as bandwidth on isa
Thank you very much

I don't know the answer to this.   Are you talking about OPSMan?   I think OPS and Telnet both quit working at 4.2

saeid4462, what version of Mitel are you running?

CCM is referring to PrairieFyre and I assume the configuration thats possible/done though Site Explorer.

But I don't know how Site Explorer is able to make changes to the 3300 DB.

Device version is on my Mitel 3300 MXe
I could get by without using the graphical user interface in a certain configuration changes to the Class of Restriction( "Station Attributes" or "User and Device Attributes" ) with Command and use this in my self programming.
Cisco switch configuration commands in a command like.
who To change telephone attributes with command and use it is in my self programming
Is there any way?

Sorry Ralph,

Yes I mean Prairiefyre. I know when you make a change in Your Site Explorer it can save immediately on the 3300. This can be names, agents etc...
Just though it maybe possible to program via something other than Web GUI if you know how.

Never thought of this.  I suppose it would make sense that some type of programming interface would be available but I've never seen any documentation.   I doubt that PF would share anything on that.

Does anyone know if there is a developer kit that would allow it?

I suppose that the hotel PMS interface uses much the same idea of being able to change certain settings on the fly...but have no idea what or when or how.

The interactive CCM allows the supervisor to change the state of agents ( login and logout ). I believe it uses Mitai to do so.

I suspect you have no acces rights to do this in the GUI?
Ask your system admin to change this for you
