Mitel CSM Installation Issues

We are currently trying to install the Mitel CSM v.6.00.0208 (RealViewer, Reporter, and Reporter Real-Time) on Windows 7 pro 32 bit computers - the installation seems to complete properly but when we try to run the program components they immediately fail example "RealViewer has stopped working Windows is checking for a solution." We have been able to successfully install and use the software on one XP SP3 32 bit machine and one Windows 7 pro 64 bit machine but it will not work on the Windows 7 Pro 32 bit machines. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
