observing calls on a mitel 5000

i have a customer with 4 lines and 6 sets and wants to be able to observe calls comming in to another set. how can i do this. i am using a hunt group and extension list to get the calls to the sets.

Assign him as the supervisor of the hunt group, and he can use Station Monitor (default feature code 321) to monitor hunt group members. The system flag UCD/ACD Station Monitor Indications controls whether the hunt group members hear the monitor tone.

Why not set up a Silent Monitor option for the user?
