I have one users that uses the UCA desktop app and when he is out of the office (from caledar) it puts his phone in DND and the phone gets forwarded to voicemail. The display only says forward all calls. That is the way he has his UCA setup. To go to DND. When users call him, instead of going to his voicemail announcement the caller is prompted to enter his password. It's like the call is getting forwarded to 2500 instead of 2501 (which is voicemail) I justcan't find out where to change that in the system. I looked under the user profiles - Dynamic extension and Assoc Ext but no change. Can anyone assist with telling me how to change that? Any help is appreciated. thanks
