Caller ID Report

Hi All

My call flow is program in a way that after office hour the callers have to select an option for the callers to be directed to the standby engineers mobile number


Caller call in ----> Msg " for IT press 1 for Others Press 2 --- ( if caller press 1 )----> direct to mobile 123456
                                                                                        ( If caller press 2) ----> direct to mobile 888888

I need a report to track the caller ID for the caller pressing Option 1 and Option 2

Is there any reports that I can generate to see this information?

Not sure what product you mean but there is not really a report that can be run on the 3300 for tracking. You can review SMDR logs but that is about it.

Without a call accounting add on about the best you can do is run SMDR reports as Loopylou suggest.

The command would be "logs re smdr new 10000 ma 888888"

That will show you all the calls that were routed to the cell phone.
Of course this assumes you have SMDR turned on.

Can anyone recommend a basic SMDR tool? This would be for doing diagnostics rather than any proper analysis [use Excel for analysis of course ;-)]
