License Violation - AMC Sync
« on: August 26, 2013, 01:29:10 PM »
Hi all,

New to supporting Mitel systems.  I'm getting a "License Violation" displayed on all phones.  On the Mitel Communications Director web GUI it reports the following:

Code: [Select]
License Manager - ARID                 : 2999039
License Violation Level                : Critical
Time at current License Violation Level: 2 days 10 hours
Time remaining until next escalation   : 18 days 14 hours
Local Violation Cause(s):
- Failure of required sync with AMC

After a bit of googling I learned that re-syncing may potentially fix the issue but I have no idea how to do that.  Can anybody point me in the right direction?

Thanks

The sync should be automatic. Is the system visible to the internet?

I was able to resolve the issue by retrieving the licenses from the Application Management Center from the Mitel Communications Director.  As soon as I did that the warning on the phones disappeared.
