Hi,

I'm hoping to find a report that can show call waiting times for period.   We apparently had a caller on hold for 45 minutes and I would like to be able to confirm this.

I've only just started playing around with the reporting and cant seem to find anything to do this?

What product would this be on i.e what PBX and what CCM software?

CCM is Mitel Contact Centre Management Enterprise Edition v 6.0.2.2_REV2

Sorry, I don't know how to find info on the PBX.  We use SMDR data from the Mitel and that is picked up by Sentel.
