ICP 3300 Enbedded Voicemail

I have a few users that are using the enbedded voicemail on the ICP 3300. They are informing me that their Message Waiting Indicator light is no longer working. We did make some changes to COS' last week, that share through out the cluster.
However, this one office is the only one using the enbedded voicemail.
Anythoughts?

Check the COS of the VM and be sure it's allowed to send messages.
Be sure that ALL vm ports are in one hunt group or else it will light the light and you can't turn it off.
Check and be sure that all your VM ports are answering. If not, reboot system.
If you find any of the above issues, change the COS of the phones to add Multiline set message waiting erasure allowed.
Then you can manually delete the light from the phone.

actaully a Mitel authorized tech finally showed up at the site after about 5 days. turns out it was a feature access code.

5 days for a feature code? Don't you have remote access where they could have checked that out?
What part of the country are you in? (or for that matter, what country are you in?)

We are in NY. and yes we do have remote access. I don't know if you work for Mitel or not, but I feel their service sucks! Too much time in between the first call and a response. They finally decided to send a tech out to the branch. I hate to say it, but this tech works for a third party...and knows the system better than Mitel!
