Page Not Found on Mitel 5224

Hello,

Since having a power outage last night, the top line of the screen of my 5224 shows "Page Not Found" instead of the date and time. It also started to try and connect to something through HTTP, and must time out before continuing to boot.

As far as I can tell, I've got the most up to date Firmware (R8.0.08.00.00.04 | 01.02.00.10 )

I've factory reset it and its still not working

And if you factory default another phone it comes up fine on the same network? If yes then you likely have a bad phone, if another phone factory defaulted doesn't come online, you have a configuration issue in either your DHCP server or the phone itself.

Thats what I was leaning towards. Prior to the power outage it worked like a champ. Now have to hunt for another 5224, like the sound quality compared to my CISCO 7940, and it connects to VOIP.ms

So this is a SIP phone? Good luck... Mitel doesn't have SIP firmware available anymore and unless you are multilingual, trying to flash one over is almost impossible, the English Language file is more allusive than a 6-leaf clover. Best bet is Polycom SoundPoint series, 450, 550, 650, or VVX410 are my top choives, they all have clearly superior audio in all regards, and I am a 20+ year Mitel fanboy!

I live in Ottawa, and have a cousin who's a lifer engineer with them, might have to ping her for any thoughts she has.

Whats weird is the POE switch I'm connected to has a UPS on it, amazing how finacky this seems to be
