NTP server question
« on: June 26, 2013, 08:34:02 PM »
I have a cluster of 3 MxeIII, one Mxe Server and Nupoint.

They are all in the same network.

I have an NTP server on the customer LAN.  It's working for the 3 MxeIII, but I have a problem with those using MSL (Nupoint and Mxe Server).

For those using MSL, the time will update when I put the NTP Server, but only for the first time.  I have to disable it, then enable it again to have the correct time.

I might be a network issue, but I found it strange that it's working on the 3300 and not the msl.....

This has something to do with time server, I have noticed this behavior occasionally when using the "pool.ntp.org" addresses, it seems to always work with the 3300 but sometimes it fails for MSL, although most of the time it works, but with the pool addresses they change all the time.
