Need Help to switch from PRI to Voip trunk

Hi,

I have software ver 8.0.11.7, Just joined to this company have this system, i am new for mitel system.  I would like to completely reset and re configure.  any help is really appreciated..

Are you saying that you would like to switch your PSTN connection from PRI to SIP links? I would first suggest that you update to the newest version of MCD because there have been many improvements in the SIP implementation since 8.0 as that is a pretty old release.

I would like to completely reset and re configure.
 
Is this system in production?
If it is then I suggest you don't touch it.
If you have a system that's not in use then you can go to maintenance commands and enter "dbms flag off" 
Then restart your system.
This will set everything back to factory default.
But if you have working phones on this system - don't mess with it.
