You could try assigning a multicall to sets and then have the ring group ring the multicalls.

That may solve your problem, or it may not. I have never tried it.

A hunt group wont ring all phones.   Just one at a time.

I like the suggestion that evan631 suggested.   Never tried it.
Pretty easy experiment.  Give that a shot.
