Error "gfEH_UI_DEFS_FILE_NOT_FOUND" old release 7.1.4.9_1

Hi Guys,
i have a problem with a old release software 7.1.4.9_1.
When I try to access the form of administration, I get the following error: "gfEH_UI_DEFS_FILE_NOT_FOUND" 

I looked for information on mitel kb and I found the following posts:

MN00242671 -

Can not launch Admin through ESM or can't access forms once in due to missing folders
REPORTED IN SW LOAD - 8.0.8.8

SYMPTOMS
Errors when logging into ESM Admin page.  Immediate "Session has timed out" on one system.
Another symptom is  every time you tried to open any form, you  received the following error.
gfEH_UI_DEFS_FILE_NOT_FOUND

WORKAROUND
verify that the following 10 files and 1 directory(Current) are under /sysro/webs/web/uwi/tree.

Directory: Current

   DefaultTree.xml
   ExportLabels_En.xml
   TreeDefs.xml
   TreeGifLinks_En.xml
   TreeGridLabels_En.xml
   TreeHelpLinks_En.xml
   TreeHide.xml
   TreeLabels_En.xml
   UIDefs.xml
   MasterTree.xml

I checked the files and found only one difference:

UIDefs.xml is not present. The file present into the folder is: UIDefs_tmp.xml

Probably the reason for this is it.
How do I resolve the problem?
If I take the file UIDefs.xml by another controller and copy it into the folder might work?

Think you would have to get a file from the exact same load for it to work.

yes, i have another controller with the same release.
Someone can indicate me the commands to copy and transfer the file to the second controller?
Otherwise they are forced to upgrade to Release 9.0 UR3.

You'll need to use filezilla or another FTP client to do the transfer.
