I have an issue with old Lantronix LED Wallboard. Intermittently the wallboard will lock up, and where you would normally see e.g."calls waiting 2" it instead displays "calls waiting
". The issue occurs at least once a day at completely random times, there is no pattern of calls coming in to the call centre or agent logging in/out that is causing. restarting the prairiefyre wallboarder service fixes the issue until it happens again - now happening on daily basis.
i had a look at some of the logs (see attached) around the time the wallboard locked up and showed errors but am unsure what they are pointing to.
