Oh! ok, Embedded.

Post up the class of service for your voicemail ports and your feature access codes

I should have asked earlier:
When in maintenance command mode and enter "loc fe ex <ext number>" does it look like this:
IP Device ID:   16
Circuit Location : 1 3 1 16 1
Extension : -blanked-
Active Features :
Headset
Message Waiting Lamp On
Callback Messages : 1
Call Forward Busy External : 12691
Handsfree Answerback
Phone Lock: UnLocked
MAC Address : 08:00:0F:19:9F:2B

This would be normal for an exten with a message waiting lamp on.
How are you canceling both the call back and the mesg waiting?

When somebody leaves me a message (voicemail), after listen it and delete it, I have to delete CallMe Back Message. I'm doing of this way:

1) I push Messaging
2) I push Read Message
3) I push Call Me Back
4) Erase Msg

After this, the lamp turn off.

But, I dont leave a call me back message, I just leave a Voicemail.

I keep remembering questions I should have asked earlier.  (sorry)
(1)  does the problem happen with every voice mail left or just every once in a while?
(2) Are the phone you are having trouble with all registered to the same PBX?  and it that where the VM resides?
(3) Are you sure all your VM ports are in the VM hunt group?
(4) Is the problem consistant with just a group of phones are does the problem bounce around to different phones?

Something else to check for:   be sure you don't have a digit conflict with your message waiting off feature code.     For example, if you were to have an off code of "#25"  and also have a number assigned somewhere of #251234  you could have some issues.

It's normal to see "CallBack Messages: 1" when a VM ports lights a light.   That's why I posted an example of a "Loc fe <ex>" in a previous post.
